Rocio Cifuentes, the current Children’s Commissioner for Wales, approached Red Beetle Films to produce an informative set of introductory videos explaining the human rights that a child has, aimed at both children and adults. It was essential to strike a balance between these two groups. After detailed style exploration and audience feedback, I proposed a cut-out magazine style that effectively blended filmed narration with animation. Using a mixed media workflow, I combined photography, Photoshop, and After Effects to create the final animation.
