NHS Aneurin Bevan University Health Board approached Bomper Studio to develop an informative and sensitive animation aimed at helping employees understand the various aspects of Employee Harm and its impact on themselves and others in the workplace.
We were given creative freedom with the design and animation style, choosing a modern line-art approach with smooth, refined motion. This style lent the animation a serious and authoritative tone, reinforcing the importance of the message. The animation is also set to be showcased at events to further spread awareness.
